Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. contract partner

By booking a journey through daytrips.hu, you enter into a binding agreement with Balazs Gyula Mazak, Individual Entrepreneur, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.

2. booking and payment

All bookings must be paid in full through our secure online payment gateway at the time of reservation. Seats are only guaranteed once a confirmation email has been dispatched.

3. passenger responsibility & safety

Passengers must strictly follow the safety instructions of the Guide. The Guide holds an absolute veto power to terminate or alter any route or activity if a passenger’s clothing, health condition, or behavior endangers the safety of the vehicle or the group.

4. liability limits

The Service Provider is not liable for weather conditions, unforeseen traffic delays, or the closure of third-party local venues (restaurants, castles). Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the day.
